Shipping Conditions:
The following conditions apply:
- Delivery is available only within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg.
- No shipping costs are charged for deliveries within Germany.
For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg, a flat shipping fee of €35 (including VAT) applies.
- For deliveries to Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of €50 applies (€25 for shipping + €25 for customs clearance). Please note that private customers in Switzerland must pay an import VAT.
- A 10% discount on the gross order value is granted for self-collection.
- Non-parcelable goods are shipped via a freight carrier.
Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 6 - 8 business days after contract conclusion (shipment after receipt of payment). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
For self-collection, we will notify you via email once your order is ready for pickup. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
Important: Our flat tanks, including their respective accessories*, are generally delivered by a freight carrier using a truck.
Delivery Process:
After placing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation via email. One to two business days later, we will send you a digital order confirmation, where you can find the estimated delivery week in the top right corner—unless you have chosen prepayment, in which case the estimated delivery date is 6-8 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment receipt.
One of our freight carriers will usually contact you 1-2 business days before the actual delivery date—for this, we require your (preferably mobile) phone number.
The tank will be unloaded at curbside delivery – the recipient must provide assistance (in the form of 1-2 people).
The recipient is responsible for transporting the tank to its final location.**
Our goods may be delivered by a large truck (7.5 to 40 tons).
Please inform us during checkout (comment field in the “Complete Order” step) about any delivery restrictions or access limitations. This is necessary for planning the delivery and cannot be changed on the day of delivery!
Failure to provide this information may result in additional costs, which will be passed on to you.
If your delivery address cannot be accessed even with a light truck, you must pick up the tank yourself from the nearest accessible location.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
* Accessories (e.g., dome + cover) may be packaged separately on another unit/pallet or inside the tank itself. If accessories or covers are ordered separately, they are usually shipped via parcel service.
** Please refer to the product description for the weight of your tank. Transporting your tank may require additional manpower or machinery.
IMPORTANT:
If delivery delays occur, any additional costs incurred (e.g., rental fees for equipment) cannot be claimed against us/the seller.
Liability for Transport Damage:
Please inspect the goods upon delivery for any potential transport damage.
The manufacturer or supplier is not liable for transport damage; liability lies with the freight carrier.
Transport damages reported after acceptance of the goods cannot be claimed.
If the packaging is damaged, unpack the goods immediately in the presence of the delivery person and document any damages in writing to the freight carrier.
The goods must remain with the buyer until the transport damage is resolved.
