It is self-priming and pumps clear water or rainwater from a tank (cistern). A control unit in the form of an automatic switch can be mounted on the pump, ensuring automatic on/off operation and dry-run protection when the cistern is empty. This allows the Jet pump to also be used as an affordable domestic water supply system—due to its single impeller, it has a higher sound pressure level than, for example, the AMIGA MH800. As a garden pump, it is perfectly suited for rainwater harvesting systems. Operation / Performance: The Jet centrifugal pump has a maximum flow rate of 50 liters per minute, a maximum head of 38 meters, and a pressure of 3.8 bar. The power consumption is 0.81 kW / 3.7 A. The jet centrifugal pump features an on/off switch and a carrying handle. The maximum suction line length is 15 meters; the maximum suction head between the cistern floor and the pump’s suction connection should not exceed 8 meters. If the suction line exceeds these values, it is recommended to use a submersible pressure pump (e.g., GAP X120, GUP46). All specified values are maximum values, which may be lower when used in combination.
