Freight Delivery Process (Truck Delivery)
Large and bulky products are delivered directly to your location by freight carrier using a truck. The delivery date is coordinated with you in advance by telephone.
After placing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive an order confirmation including the estimated delivery week (shown in the upper right corner). For advance payment orders, delivery takes place approximately 10 business days after receipt of payment. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Friday).
The freight carrier will usually contact you by phone or SMS 1–2 business days before delivery to arrange the exact delivery date. Please provide a valid and reachable telephone number, preferably a mobile number.
If no one is available on-site to receive the delivery, you may provide a delivery authorization (via the comment field during the final checkout step). Please note that this option is not available for double-tank systems.
Site Access & Delivery Requirements
Deliveries may be carried out using trucks ranging from 7.5 to 40 tonnes.
Please inform us during the ordering process of any restricted access roads, dead-end streets, weight limitations, or other delivery restrictions (via the comment field during the final checkout step).
This information is essential for delivery planning and cannot be taken into account on the day of delivery. Failure to provide relevant access information may result in additional costs. If the delivery address cannot be reached by the carrier, the goods must be collected from the nearest accessible location.
Unloading & Responsibilities
Delivery is made curbside. The recipient is required to provide unloading assistance (1–2 people). Transport from the curbside delivery point to the final installation location is the responsibility of the recipient.
Please refer to the product specifications for the weight of your tank. Depending on the model, personnel or mechanical assistance may be required for transportation and handling. Accessories (such as access shafts and covers) may be supplied on a separate pallet or packaging unit, or may be packed inside the tank itself.

Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage must be recorded and reported directly to the freight carrier at the time of delivery. The freight carrier is responsible for transport-related damage. Claims reported after delivery cannot be accepted. The goods remain in the buyer’s possession while any damage claim is being investigated.
Important Notice
Should any delays occur during delivery, any resulting costs (e.g. equipment rental charges) cannot be claimed against the seller.
