Shipping & Payment Terms
The following terms and conditions apply:
Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within mainland Germany only. Shipping to German islands without road access is excluded. We also deliver to Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- No shipping charges apply for deliveries within Germany.
- Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg are subject to a flat shipping fee of €35.00.
- Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to a flat shipping fee of €50.00 (€25.00 freight costs + €25.00 customs clearance fee).
- Customers collecting their order in person receive a 10% discount on the gross order value.
- Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel service are delivered by freight carrier (see “Delivery Process” below).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 6–8 working days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment orders, after receipt of payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. The longest delivery time applies.
For self-collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and provide collection details. No shipping costs apply in this case, and you will receive a 10% discount.

Delivery Process
Our tanks and bulky goods, including accessories, are generally delivered by freight carrier.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. One to two working days later, we will send an order confirmation including the expected delivery week.
- For advance payment orders, delivery takes place approximately 10 working days after receipt of payment.
- The freight carrier will usually contact you 1–2 working days before delivery. For this purpose, we require your telephone number.
- Delivery is made “curbside”. The recipient must provide unloading assistance (1–2 people).
- Delivery may be made by truck (7.5–40 tonnes). Please inform us of any access restrictions during the ordering process.
- If the delivery address cannot be accessed by the carrier, the tank must be collected by the customer from the nearest accessible location.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
* Accessories may be shipped separately or packed inside the tank. Orders containing only accessories are generally shipped by parcel service.
** Please refer to the product description for tank weight information. Personnel or mechanical assistance may be required for transport and unloading.
IMPORTANT: Additional costs caused by delivery delays (e.g. rental fees for equipment or machinery) cannot be claimed against GreenLife.
Liability for Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods for transport damage upon delivery. The freight carrier is responsible for transport-related damage. Damage reported after acceptance of the goods cannot be recognized. Damaged packaging must be opened immediately in the presence of the delivery driver and documented in writing.
