The TPV 200A is the version with a float switch—this provides dry-run protection. The motor is continuously cooled by the medium being transported, which significantly reduces the motor’s operating temperature. This pump model features an integrated thermal protection switch: The wastewater pump stops as soon as an overload occurs—the motor restarts automatically after the pump has cooled down. The TPV 200A has a maximum flow rate of 140 liters per minute, a maximum head of 7 meters, and builds up a pressure of up to 0.7 bar. The power consumption (P1) is 0.31 kW.  Quality: The TPV-200 series is made of high-quality plastic. The bearings and mechanical seal are designed for a long service life and guarantee continuous operation. The pump is very easy to clean and maintain thanks to its simple disassembly. The pump has a low weight of 5.1 kg. With protection class IP 68, the wastewater pump is dust- and watertight. Conclusion: The reliable and durable TPV 200A transfer pump is suitable for transporting contaminated water and wastewater containing solids with a particle size of up to 19 millimeters. Additional features & notes: Larger particles—with a particle size exceeding 19 millimeters—will cause the suction strainer to clog: Failure to observe this will reduce the pump’s service life or cause it to malfunction. The pump must not be used for seawater, flammable, corrosive, explosive, or hazardous liquids. The maximum temperature of the medium to be pumped must not exceed 40°C. Maintenance and Installation Instructions: The pump is maintenance-free and must be installed in a frost-proof location. When used in above-ground tanks, it must be drained in winter and stored in a frost-proof location. Please follow the installation and operating instructions.
