GUP 46 submersible pressure pump (made of stainless steel, for clear water)
The high-quality, durable and powerful GUP 46 submersible pressure pump pumps clear water in a stainless steel housing for home and garden irrigation. It can be installed in a clean water source, for example a pit, reservoir, collection tank or rainwater tank/cistern. As a multi-stage submersible pressure pump, it is preferably used in domestic applications. A float switch acts as dry-running protection.Functionality / performance:
The pump is placed in the water and draws in water via a 1 ¼ inch connection, which is located on the side at the bottom of the pump. A floating suction filter is normally connected to this. Automatic operation of the pump is achieved via an automatic switch located in the pressure line (e.g. installed in the house). The pump is characterized by its very smooth running and is almost silent under water for the environment. The GUP 46 has a maximum flow rate of 75 liters per minute, a maximum delivery head of 44 meters and builds up a pressure of up to 4.4 bar. The power consumption (P1) is 0.85 kW.Quality:
This pump pumps water with four stainless steel impellers on a stainless steel shaft in a stainless steel housing - all water-bearing components are made of stainless materials. Protection class IP 68 ensures that the pump is protected against dust and permanent submersion under water. A float switch acts as dry-running protection.Conclusion:

The water temperature must not exceed 40°C. In the event of an overload, the pump is switched off by the built-in thermal protection switch. After cooling down, the motor restarts automatically. The pump is maintenance-free and must be installed frost-proof. When used in above-ground containers, it must be emptied in winter if there is a risk of frost and stored in a frost-proof place.
