WhatsApp Business

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we use the WhatsApp Business service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("WhatsApp"). If you are located outside the European Economic Area, the service is provided by WhatsApp Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.

Data processing serves the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry. For this purpose, we collect and process your mobile phone number stored with WhatsApp, your name (if provided), and any other information you voluntarily provide.

The data is transferred by WhatsApp to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. An adequacy decision exists for the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Meta Platforms Inc. has certified under the DPF and is committed to complying with European data protection principles.

If your enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures or an existing contract, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR due to our legitimate interest in providing a fast and efficient communication channel.

Your personal data will only be used to process your enquiry and will subsequently be deleted in accordance with statutory retention obligations unless you have consented to further processing.

When opening a customer account, we collect personal data to the extent specified in the registration form. Data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Your customer account will then be deleted.

Collection, Processing and Disclosure of Personal Data in Orders

When placing an order, we collect and process your personal data only insofar as necessary for the fulfilment and processing of your order and the handling of enquiries.

Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide the data will result in no contract being concluded. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Your data may be shared with shipping companies, dropshipping and fulfilment providers, payment service providers, order processing providers and IT service providers. Data transfer is limited to the minimum necessary extent and carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
