820-Liter Infiltration Kit with Geotextile

Modular Infiltration Kit for Larger Systems

The GreenLife 820-liter infiltration kit combines four 205-liter infiltration cubes with 16 m² of geotextile to form a modular solution for larger infiltration systems. It is suitable for retention, controlled infiltration, and drainage of stormwater as well as treated wastewater.

The infiltration elements can be arranged in a row and flexibly adapted to the required system size. The inlet can be customized on-site as either DN 100 or DN 150. To protect against soil intrusion, the infiltration cubes are completely wrapped in geotextile. The geotextile helps reduce silting and supports the long-term functionality of the infiltration unit.

Each infiltration cube is designed as an easy-to-assemble kit and consists of six side panels with molded-in mounting pins. With an edge length of approximately 60 cm per cube, the individual elements remain manageable and facilitate transport, assembly, and installation. When installed properly, the system is walkable and can also withstand vehicle traffic.

Important Notes

Local soil conditions are crucial for the proper design of an infiltration system. The soil’s permeability should be verified in advance through a soil survey or infiltration test. The system must be sized appropriately based on the existing soil conditions. Please refer to the installation instructions for the 205-liter infiltration cube as well as the instructions for the infiltration test.

To ensure controlled air exchange within the system and as an additional safeguard during heavy rainfall, the appropriate air intake and vent with a DN 100 emergency overflow can be a useful addition.

Pre-filter infiltration "EASY PRO"

Durable rainwater pre-filter with coarse debris basket – pre-assembled, low-maintenance, long-lasting The “Easy Pro” rainwater pre-filter is the reliable solution for pre-filtering rainwater before it enters your cistern or infiltration system. With two pre-assembled DN100 connections and a high-quality, walkable cover, this pre-filter offers an optimal combination of functionality, safety, and design. Thanks to the coarse debris filter basket installed in the shaft, coarse contaminants are efficiently retained. The filtered rainwater then flows cleanly for further use or infiltration into the ground. The filter is easily accessible, particularly easy to maintain, and ideally suited for installation in the ground. Product benefits at a glance:Ready to connect, pre-assembled & ready for immediate useCoarse debris filter basket for clean rainwaterDurable, slip-resistant plastic cover (load capacity up to 200 kg), child-proof screw-onuniversally applicable for cisterns or infiltration systemsTwo DN100 connections (lip seals pre-installed)Environmentally friendly: made from partially recycled PE, fully recyclableEasy to clean – ideal for areas with heavy leaf fall Application This pre-filter is ideally suited for use in infiltration systems, for example in combination with infiltration trenches, infiltration cubes, or infiltration blocks. Air Inlet and Outlet with Emergency Overflow, DN 100

Vent and Drain Valves for Safe Pressure Equalization & Reliable Emergency Drainage The vent and air release valve with DN 100 emergency overflow ensures reliable air equalization in tanks, pipelines, and infiltration systems and effectively protects the system against overpressure or underpressure. If the maximum water level is exceeded—for example, during heavy rain— the component also functions as an emergency overflow to ensure safe drainage. The vent and air release valve is typically installed at the end of an infiltration system and is usually discreetly located outdoors, e.g., in a hedge or flower bed. To ensure that (rain)water can flow smoothly into the system, a controlled air outlet must be ensured elsewhere. To achieve this, a DN 100 KG pipe is installed behind the system, which safely directs the air to the surface. The vent is the terminal point of this line and is designed to reliably prevent animals from entering. Product Features & Benefits at a Glance Pressure equalization during water withdrawal or supply —prevents damage caused by overpressure or underpressure Automatic venting and air intake – ensures trouble-free system operation Integrated emergency overflow – protects against overfilling during heavy rain Standard DN 100 connection – compatible with common KG pipe systems Lightweight & durable – approx. 350 g, made of robust polypropylene Made in Germany – manufactured to high quality standards and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 Typical Applications Rainwater storage tanks & infiltration systems – for ventilation and emergency drainage Wastewater collection pits & infiltration systems at wastewater treatment plants – for pressure equalization and operational reliability Sustainability The product is made of durable, single-grade, and fully recyclable polypropylene. The material is long-lasting, environmentally friendly, and chemically inert—it has no impact on the environment. The production and recycling of this plastic are carried out in a resource-efficient manner. Responsible use in line with the circular economy is, for us, a central component of sustainable action. Notes The vent should be inspected once or twice a year to ensure consistently reliable operation.
