Product description
The rainwater pre-filter impresses with its ease of use, long service life, and quick installation. Incoming rainwater is filtered through a coarse debris filter basket. The filter unit is easily accessible and can be easily inspected and cleaned—ideal even in areas with heavy leaf fall.

Material, Manufacturing & Quality
Our rainwater pre-filter is made of polyethylene (PE)—a material ideally suited for rainwater products because it is environmentally friendly, free of harmful substances, and chemically inert, meaning it does not react with other substances. Thus, the quality of the rainwater is not negatively affected.
Maintenance & Installation Instructions
As with the installation of KG pipes, the rainwater filter must also be embedded in gravel and compacted evenly all around. Please ensure—using a spirit level, for example—that the filter is installed horizontally.
The shaft can be cut to any length and easily adapted to local conditions. It features circumferential marking grooves that serve as a guide when cutting with a standard jigsaw. Depending on the amount of fallen leaves, the filter insert should be removed several times a year for cleaning and, if necessary, rinsed with a garden hose.
