Details
System for collecting clean rainwater for use in washing machines, garden irrigation, and toilet flushing. Rainwater is collected in underground tanks made of high-quality plastic, drawn in by a self-priming centrifugal pump, and pumped to the points of use. If there is a shortage of rainwater, a solenoid valve switches to a direct supply of drinking water.

Our flat tanks, including the relevant accessories*, are always delivered by a freight carrier via truck.
ATTENTION: Should delays occur during delivery, any additional costs incurred (rental of equipment) cannot be claimed from us/the seller.

Delivery Process
Once you place your order, you will first receive an email with the order confirmation. One to two business days later, we will send you a digital order confirmation, in which you will find the estimated delivery week in the top right corner—unless you have ordered with prepayment: In that case, the estimated delivery date is approximately 10 business days (Mon.–Fri.) after receipt of payment.One of our freight carriers will typically contact you 1–2 business days before the actual delivery date—for this, we need your (ideally mobile) phone number.
The tank will be unloaded “curbside”—the recipient must provide unloading assistance (in the form of 1–2 people). The recipient is responsible for transporting the tank the rest of the way to its final location.**
It may happen that our goods are delivered by a large truck (7.5–40 ton). Therefore, please inform us during the ordering process (comment field in the “Complete Order” step) about the conditions at the delivery address or any access restrictions; this is necessary for planning the delivery and cannot be taken into account on the delivery day itself! If you fail to comply, we will have to pass on any resulting additional costs to you!
If your delivery address is inaccessible even to a light truck, you must pick up the tank yourself (from the last accessible road).
Please also note that there are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.
* Accessories (e.g., dome + cover) may be included in a separate package/pallet, but may also be placed directly inside the container/tank. If you order accessories or covers separately, they are generally shipped separately via parcel service.
** Please refer to the product description for the weight of your tank. You will need manual or mechanical assistance to transport your tank.
Liability for Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods for any transport damage upon receipt. The manufacturer or supplier is not liable for transport damage; liability lies with the carrier. Transport damage reported after receipt of the goods can no longer be claimed. If the packaging is damaged, the goods must be unpacked immediately in the presence of the delivery person to identify any damage, which must be reported to the carrier in writing.
