Shipping & Payment Terms

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery within Germany is available only to mainland destinations. Shipping to German islands without road access is excluded. We also deliver to Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

  • No shipping charges apply to deliveries within Germany.
  • Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg are subject to a flat shipping fee of €35.00.
  • Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to a flat shipping fee of €50.00 (€25.00 freight charge + €25.00 customs clearance fee).
  • Customers who collect their order in person receive a 10% discount on the gross order value.
  • Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel service are delivered by freight carrier (see “Delivery Process” below).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 6–8 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction has been received).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the longest delivery time applies.

If you choose self-collection, we will notify you by email when your goods are ready for collection and provide further instructions. No shipping charges apply, and you will receive a 10% discount.

Delivery Process

Our tanks and other bulky goods, including related accessories, are generally delivered by freight carrier.

  1. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. One to two business days later, we will send an order confirmation indicating the expected delivery week.
  2. For advance payment orders, delivery takes place approximately 10 business days after receipt of payment.
  3. The freight carrier will usually contact you 1–2 business days before delivery. For this purpose, we require your telephone number.
  4. Delivery is made curbside. The recipient must provide unloading assistance (1–2 people).
  5. Deliveries may be made by truck (7.5–40 tonnes). Please inform us of any access restrictions during the ordering process.
  6. If the delivery address cannot be accessed by the carrier, the tank must be collected by the customer from the nearest accessible location.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

* Accessories may be shipped separately or packed inside the tank. Orders consisting solely of accessories are generally shipped by parcel service.
** Please refer to the product description for the tank weight. Personnel or mechanical assistance may be required for transportation and unloading.

IMPORTANT: Additional costs arising from delivery delays (e.g. rental costs for equipment or machinery) cannot be claimed.

Liability for Transport Damage

Please inspect the goods for transport damage upon delivery. The freight carrier is responsible for transport-related damage. Damage reported after acceptance of the goods cannot be recognized. Damaged packaging must be opened immediately in the presence of the delivery driver and documented in writing.
